Tove Sorensen was born in Denmark and attended her first art classes in Copenhagen, before immigrating to Canada in 1955. Sorensen is equally adept with creating in watercolour or acrylics.
Sorensen’s paintings are in corporate, and private collections in Canada, the United States, Japan, Australia, Germany and Denmark. The Canadian Federal Government has added her work to their collection, and she has been published in "Brushes in the Sun".
Sorensen enjoys capturing the beauty of the Okanagan Valley in her paintings, while simultaneously preserving its’ heritage.
